CCEB examinations are offered in both English and French. Be sure to use the application and examination information for the language in which you plan to write.
Applications open several times each year for both the Written Examination and the Clinical Competency Examination. Examination dates and locations may change. CCEB may add, remove, or change an examination date or location when necessary. If you are attending an in-person examination, wait until CCEB confirms your examination location before making travel arrangements.

Applications are available only during the application period listed in the examination dates schedule. Applications must be completed by the published deadline to be processed.
If you are requesting testing accommodations, your complete request must also be received by the application deadline. Review the Testing Accommodations Policy for requirements.

Before submitting your application, you’ll be required to review and accept the Candidate Agreement for your examination.
The agreements explain your responsibilities as a candidate, examination rules, security requirements, and other important information you’ll need to understand before writing your examination.
Your application must include a current passport-style photograph that meets CCEB requirements. Photographs that do not meet these requirements may delay the processing of your application.

The educational documentation you submit depends on your graduation status. Educational documentation must be received by the application deadline.
